Spray all window surfaces with the included cleaning solution. Wipe with a lint-free cloth. The PDLC film bonds to the adhesive layer — any dust or oil will show through once it's applied. Take your time here.
Select the pre-cut template for your van model. Mist the glass, peel the film backing, float into position. Squeegee center-out to seat flat and remove bubbles. Trim edges with the included knife. The film has a hair-thin copper bus bar along one edge — don't cut that edge.
Peel the connector tab at the film edge and press on the included micro-clip. Run the thin lead wire along the window seal and down the door pillar to your 12V fuse block. The full kit uses under 2A at peak — tap any accessory fuse slot. One central toggle switch controls all windows.
Power on: liquid crystals align, film goes clear. Power off: crystals scatter, film goes opaque. The switching happens in under a second. Cure for 24 hours before driving with the windows down — then it's permanent.
